Shipping & Returns

International Orders: We ship to most countries outside the U.S. except where prohibited by law. Postage is calculated during checkout.
Due to anti-fraud rules set in place by the credit card merchant non-US orders are often declined. If you live outside of the U.S. choose the PayPal payment option and use your credit card within the Paypal application.


Returns Policy


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Manufacturers Replacement Warranty

We will replace items manufactured by Strike Hard Gear due to failure in materials or workmanship for as long as you own that item. Sorry - We will not replace the stuff you tried to modify and now need a new one.

Non Strike Hard Gear items will be handle in accordance with the manufacturer's stated warranty.

Fulfillment and Shipping

We build to order which means it could take 3-5 days to make your gear and then ship it. We send it USPS 3-5 days via First Class or Priority mail depending on weight. This means it could take 6-10 days to receive your order. Orders are processed daily except weekends and holidays.
